 We are DSL Digital Ltd, a company registered in England (Company No. 11879922) with its registered office at 7 Lower Road, Harmer Hill, Shrewsbury. SY4 3QX (“we”, “our”, “us”, “the Company”). We are a Data Controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 and remain so under the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (“GDPR”) and the legislation replacing the 1998 Act whilst undertaking our business.

If you fail to provide certain information when requested we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (to provide you with services, for example).  In this case, we may have to cancel a service you have with us. We will notify you if this is the case.

Change of purpose

We will only use your personal information for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If we need to use your personal information for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.
